    Hey, I'm not sure whats going on here to be honest, I sold him an account back in february.
    Was not a jagex account, just a normal runelite account.
    I'm not sure if email was ever transferred to his to be honest. Ticket was in old server that got deleted in this last wave.
    Its no longer attached to my email, so not sure if it got put onto a jagex account or whats going on, he claims that he did not put on a jagex account, but I have no idea. I did fill out a recovery on the website, so will let you know how it goes.

    I am not a scammer, I did not recover the account, and this is the first time something like this has happened.

    I added the gif of the unique ID in the original post.

    The account was never moved from the original email because the terms of the purchase stated that full refund guarantee is only if email stays with Kale. I never changed anything, I could not anyway. Even the password could not be changed because the email belonged with Kale - I never had access.

    The account had 11Billion Gp on it when I was playing today and got kicked off the account during Colosseum. I can show proof if needed.

    I would like the account back with everything on it, or a full refund if otherwise. Thank you, Kale.

    Just to re-iterate, I have put a request to recover through, regardless. Also, very possible that you added to a jagex launcher which is why it is no longer attached to my email. all of my other accounts are still there.

    I didn’t add it to jagex launcher. It would be foolish of me to do so.

    I also cannot add to jagex account if I don’t even have access to the email attached to it - makes no sense. Here is a gif I just recorded that, I think, shows the account being a normal runescape account. [Redacted]

    Apologies if I am wrong, someone will have to confirm the above because I am not well-versed in Jagex Accounts. Anyway:

    Your claim: I added it to jagex account.

    My rebuttal: If I had added it to a Jagex Account, entering “[Redacted]” into that space would’ve shown a different screen for Jagex Accounts. Thus, it is not a Jagex Account - it is a normal account.

    Also, I never had the email changed to an email of mine. It has always been with you - on [Redacted]. Thus, because I don’t even have access to the email attached to the account, it’s not possible to convert to Jagex Account. (someone will need to confirm this, I’m not well-versed with Jagex Accounts)

    Conclusion: Not sure why you’re sidetracking the dispute with this Jagex Accounts thing. You are the original owner and created, I would like my account or money back asap. Thank you

    I understand brotha, I'm not trying to ''rebuttal'' or anything, only showing proof that your statement was not correct. Also, doesnt show different for jagex account until you are logged in on the website. So again, irrelevant.

    You dont need access to my email to add it to a jagex launcher.

    I think we should just wait for the email back from jagex on my attempt to recover. I am not a scammer or a dirt bag brotha. I would never do soemthing like that, it is bad business, and i've been in business with little to no issues that havent been immediately resolved.

    I still do not have the account back or refund, it has been many days now.

    Is there anything else for me to post? Kale has provided screenshots that should suffice, I believe.

    I’m just disheartened by this ordeal. There is no way someone other than original owner can recover or change password. Yet, password was changed randomly and Kale is unable to recover account so far. I sent Kale the account recovery link that he should be using. He sent a screenshot of an email from Jagex claiming that the investigation will look into account being put onto a Jagex Account - which is false. This attempt won’t get the account.     1. Create a recovery request using the correct login name or email for the account
    2. Choose 'contact Jagex support' when prompted
    3. Submit a recovery request

    I've followed those steps mate, again. I'm not sure what the fuck happened, its been 9 months and I get a message out of no where saying its been recovered.

    this could be for various reason

    A - You made it a jagex account and want a refund
    B - You got your use out of the account, and sold the gp, claimed it was recovered so that I would have to refund.
    C - It really just randomly happened, but I dont see how that could be the case if I'm the only one with recovery info.

    Really its just very unlucky, and i'm torn. I have not run into an issue like this before. So its a first for me.
    It really could be anything. Personally, since I know for a fact that I didnt do it. I would lean more towards A or B. But when I get an email back it will be settled.
    I'm def hoping that you can just get your acc back and all in order and we move on from this. Bad for business. I'm not a scammer/bad business man. The 1 hiccup I had over a script, was literally paid back within minutes.

According to your TOS you would be responsible for recovery resposbility up to two years since you did not specifically state a time period below that.
