Was not a good day

Before you guys ask, I have NEVER downloaded anything from ANYONE unless its an official company so don't say "o u got keylogged" because i didn't. So today after I got home i was a little exhausted and took a small nap, 2 minutes later I was like oh shit, I was renting a staker! My time ended at 17:10, I only realized this at 17:43. So the guy i was borrowing from said (and he had it in his TOS so he can't be held accountable) that he was not accountable for the wealth that was left. So i had lost 40m right there from the staker account. I was like eh, that's not too bad. Then i decided i'm gonna play some Ro0nSk@p3, only to realized.... ye i bet you guys saw this coming... I got hacked!! I didn't even bother recovering, I know how shit jagex is. I started panicking now because I realized that I had used my brothers money to pay for recurring membership this month! I was like o shit o shit, then i remembered he had a credit card, not paypal (everything went better than expected) . So i cancelled the membership on the account and thought i'll just play on my bull shit account... guess what... That was hacked too! .
Tell me your opinions now, does this seem like a sign to stop playing runescape? I already decided im not gonna play anymore, but what do you guys think?

 

I would say have a chat with the owner of the staker you rented and kindly ask again for your money back, Give the recoverys a shot, i know it is a total pain in the ass but at the end of the day they are your accounts so it will be worth doing.

If all goes well you will have your account back along with a nice 40m

 

man recover it and get the ip of who logged in last. see what kind of damage they did. and think who may know your password.

 

I agree with Shawn, recover it and look at the IP.

If nothing can be done, use the IP to do some damage.

If you don't want to play RuneScape anymore, then this is a good starting point. But what I'd do is, try and recover the account(s), nicely ask the guy for your 40m back and then if all works out well, sell your accounts and gold here at Sythe. Then either put the money into your bank or buy yourself something nice And trust me, if you really want to quit, try your hardest to not even visit RuneScape.
