Hello.

You were banned due to OpenBanBot (OBB), and as such, were removed from Storm.

I looked at your recent transactions, and given that these were as recent as today and yesterday. I refunded all of these payments in full minus the Stripe fees as a gesture of goodwill; we wouldn't usually do this for banned customers, however, I thought it would be suitable here.

As far as I'm concerned, all is resolved.

 

Correct all the money of stripe seems refunded dont have it yet. Beside that he refuses to refund the gp i used for other payments.

 

The GP payments you made were for plugins which are now expired. We are not refunding for plugins which have been used in their full capacity and have now expired.

As shown in the screenshots, the refund time for your bank, Bancontact, has a processing time of up to 10 days. We have no control over this, this is down to Stripe and your bank.

As you can see, you were refunded a total of 55 euros, but were only entitled to 52.90. Damn, I guess you owe US gp now?

As such, we won't be considering a refund of GP for previous expired orders. Previous payments can be found here which all show expired.
