    Correct - simply writing TOS in a discord/body of a thread does not constitute someone actually accepting these. This is why a lot of discord servers will have scenarios like reviewing the TOS and clicking a button for acceptance to see access to the server and having the TOS outlined/accepting before creating a ticket.

    Please work with @Yakaoshami for a replacement or refund.
