Trading with unverified paypals - safe or unsafe?

I have been turning down potential buyers because they did not have a verified paypal. Really though, I do not know of any dangers of trading with someone with a unverified paypal.

Is there any? Am I doing the smart thing or just being over paranoid?

 

my paypal is unverified and i think a good majority of the people are both carry a big danger imo paypal overall is only safe for the buyer

i think the big thing is not that they are bank funded but if they are credit or debt card funded that makes it easy to recover the money

because from what i have seen the credit cards ultimately decide at that point if the person gets the money back and i am pretty sure they would

 

Only difference is whether there is a bank account or not, So the paypal might be bank funded or not. You can call your CC company and try to refund that way, but other than that. You should be fine.

 

IMO, I think unverified is safest. cause with verified user's. They have a more chance of recovering the money.

so to me with dealing rs trades. I think unverified is safest , Unless with big amounts 500$+

 

If you trade with verified users, it could be difficult, because if they charge back, they will most likely be able to win the case

 

People can always charge back with paypal, I don't think verified is any safer than unverified.
