many people fall for it, it looks really legit.

Just remember Jagex would contact you via runescape messages

Same thing here. Just got a new one stating a request for password change was submitted. If you look in the bottom left corner while hovering on the link, it says something like securer.rrunescapee.com

    or something like that.

    Beware jagex email

ben getting these emails along with other variations of them for over 2months. hover over the link to see where it really takes you. most of the time it is some website that isnt even close to RS. the 2 i have seen that are good is runescapee.com and runescape.com.ko. to see where a link takes u hover over it and look in either bottom right hand corner or left hand corner depending on ur browser.

Been dealing with phising emails for 5 years now more popular with World of warcraft but never gotten one for runescape. Always look for an imperfection in the link Example: Runescope.com or runeskape.com something along the lines of that.

Typical phishing case. Always make sure the URL is secured by Jagex and has a green lock on it.

I almost fell for it, then I realised the URL was runescoqe not runescape.

I've gotten it aswell. It looked very legit... but I don't think I'll ever fall for something like that. I agree, it needs to be stickied somewhere so people do look at it and understand that there are some try hard phisers out there.
