Doubt it. Do you have proof that he charged back the cash ? And proof it was him that charged back? If not, you could be talking shit to cover up a scam that you might be going to pull off.

If you have all that evidence. Then you should be able to recover it.

Ok I need yalls opinion. I am actually going to be purchasing this account from Cracker, we have been talking about it for about a week. This really really makes me hesitate. The thread you post your account name on, and if jagex knows your the OO, they will wipe the information on it.

The guy knows you can recover it so obviously hes not gonna play on it I wait months before playing on an account I just bought to make sure the seller won't recover it (even if the sellers is really trusted).

 

He hasn't paid for the account, therefore I can't possibly see how it is within any rights his.
