Nice try, for real, some newcomers here are legit that don't chargeback, and now you are just being "racist" by only letting 100+ vouches or mods buy, and therefore ignoring newcomers or people who don't fulfill the conditions. So what's the deal here? Paranoid much about getting a chargeback?

First there are a few ways to prevent this. Get them to teamview and check their paypal whether if it's bank funded or credit card. Then check if they got funds ALREADY inside paypal, this way, it is directly from the paypal balance and not from credit card. Then check if they sent it as gift through teamview or what. You can also request screenshots, if they fail to provide, then you will have the right to refuse a trade.
