Eldorado Issues Resolution Thread

Good afternoon. I wrote to you in DM, but just in case you don't read DM, I will duplicate my message in this thread as well.
I ask you to carefully consider my problem with my account.I have more than 1000$ blocked on my account for the second month, and I'm not going to leave it like that, it's that job, and my invested money that feeds me and my family for a long time, my earnings are the main. I was re-verified to withdraw my earnings on el dorado, they rejected my verification saying the reason was photoshop photo, when checking my verification, but did not provide any proof of this you. Is this an attempt to steal my personal balance money? Now I've been told to wait another month, this is the 2nd month on my account to get verified again, but there is no guarantee of any if it won't happen again, same story. Why did you suspend me because of a small problem with the 2fa code I want to install on my new smartphone, why did you block my sales just because of this issue?
Please consider my situation urgently and help me.
I have written posts on many forums and Reddit collecting signatures in a petition to complain, about this nuisance. This was my only source of income and moreover I invested my money , invested in reselling games my personal money which is now lying on eldorado balance for almost second month.
Reply to my message and unblock my profile please, I have not received a single negative feedback and I don't understand why you blocked my only source of income. I like your site, but the security policy and blocking for no reason is just horrible and underhanded!
Also I will send you my BTC address or Skrill wallet in DM for you to send me my personal earnings as I am in dire need of them now.
Why don't you want to get into the situation of salespeople, and realize that for some, this is their main source of income from sales? When I tried to explain it to you in live chat on your site, that I need my hard earned money now for treatment and difficult situation in my life, you simply blocked me in chat[ after sending you another message in chat and email to mail, I was unblocked in chat but it did not solve my problem]. Do you think it is fair and professional of you to be so rude to a seller?
I also appealed the ban, as you say it's your new feature for sellers, but it doesn't really contain anything new as it was immediately rejected by a boilerplate copied response from ToS.... This is a blatant injustice and I ask you to address it properly, taking into account all my detailed explanation on many forums, please reply to me as soon as possible.
