I won alot and lost alot is it just luck?

 

Sure is, Although some people have techniques, where some may argue whether they work or not.

 

Do you no any techniques? I'm maxed 99s in all and Lost to a 121 don't get it :/

 

Did you look him up? You can have 99 attack/strength/defense as early as level 113.

 

Can't you have it earlier if you use soulwars?

 

im 134 combat, i lost a 4m stake to a level 113, he raped me in a box match. madness

 

I lost 18 mill to a 114 madness too :/
