Buying lvl 3 skiller

Title says it all.
Am looking for a lvl 3 skiller MUST
have atleast 1 lvl 99 skill.
I am paying around 30-50m for a good lvl 3 skiller.
Must have other skills around 50+.
And all combat skills must be lvl 1!

1x 99 and other skills 50+ are definitely going to cost more than 50m, such as farming, slayer, these skills are hard to obtain in a period of time, especially runecrafting as a level 3, and construction too.
