Taco Fucking Bell!

Taco Bell got my order wrong today. Do they know what the fuck lettuce is? How about the number 5? All I asked for was a Nacho bell grande with lettuce and 5 volcano tacos. I get home, they gave me 3 taco's and forgot the lettuce..

No, I know you can't answer for any store other than you're own, but GOD DAMN you think they'd have a training course or at least be hiring people with an IQ above 65.

Taco bell currently has my favorite drink. Classic Limeade Sparkler ALL DAY

There are indeed quite a few idiots that work for the company. One store can't get anything right, another store... it's just because of how lax the training process is in a lot of the managers heads.

They have a very strict protocol for handling that, btw, call and complain, or go back in. If they deny you anything, or try to give you a hard time, call corporate. It's immediate termination for being rude to a customer, and the policy is to replace any item... no questions asked.

 

Wonderful, we have a similar policy at Walgreens. I tend to have very specific order's and have gotten so much free food from different places for calling and complaining when they get it wrong. Thanks for the advice though, but tonight I didn't notice until I got home =\ nbd though

 

Haha.. Yes, last time I went to taco bell I ordered a meat and cheese taco.. and what did they give me -_____- Beans!

 

Add "Five Guys" to that poll, it's an incredible "gourmet" burger chain.

KFC is definitely my favourite; the Colonel's crispy chicken is great
But yes, Burger King is my second favourite. XL Bacon double cheese burger hits the spot like no other

Chinese Food, hands down. The mall always has the best Chinese food joints, no matter where you go, or at least that's my experience.

 

True.. Everytime I go to the mall... It's Chinese that I eat.

 

i'm from the uk so whenever i go holiday i always go to taco bell because imo the food is gorgeous (we don't really have tacos, burritos etc here) so i'd probably go for that.
