Buying legacy login account

I am buying a legacy login account that comes with an original email. Should I keep it as it is and secure the email properly or upgrade the account to a Jagex account either with the original email or make a whole new email for it? Does any of this help keep the account more secure from recovery?

 

Being trusted is important as Pirate quoted above, the OO can recover the account regardless if they still have the original IP/know the date the account was created/ ISP at the time.

I have a few accounts with usernames of 4 char's do you know how much they would be worth?

More you buy, cheaper they are.

i kept mine as same email enabled 2fa and changed passsword havent had any issues

 

I've sold a few at my prices already. Sooner or later there won't be any left that we're mass created. I have time.

 

I'm not knocking your prices.

But for reference, there are hundreds of thousands of accounts out there if not millions that were mass created and are being sold under $1 each.

There are even old school username logins being sold for as little as $5 (same situation where they can't be created anymore) and this happened in 2010.

 

how many account need level 3 or with stats !

 

Regardless what you'll do, original owner can recover the account even with wrong / partial details about account, he has the biggest priority of recovery and there's nothing that will change that.
I've MMed hundreds of accounts and I saw only one time an case where buyer was actually able to recover account without seller's assistance.
