Briefly explain the trade: I was buying 1B off BluePhat via WU for $600 ($545 + $55 fees). He told me he was heading over to a WU location and would be back at 30mins tops. He asked for my phone number and agreed to call me once he picked up the money. I tracked my payment on WU and it was picked up but I haven't received a phone call from him. He came back on MSN as "away" and I pmed him asking if we could finish the trade but ends up signing off. I sent in a WU payment at around 4:20 PM EST and I've been waiting for over 4 hours now.

How they scammed: Did not finish the trade with my rsgp after he picked up his money.

I've personally bought from him, and can confirm that is the correct name to go with the user. I'm PMing him now, we'll see what happens...

 

We're talking on MSN right now clearing up misunderstandings. Everything seems to go back to the norm. I'll update once the trade finishes.

Sorry, but he doesn't seem to show any interest whatsoever of completing the trade without ever changing to topic which leads to going afk or offline. It's been 40 hours now and I don't think any legit trade would take this long. =| I'll try talking to him again.
