Best F2P pure?

Ok so im gunna be buying a pure very soon F2P cause pking on P2P is to much for me with how fast you can be dragon clawed... So either way im wondering what is the highest profit pure you can buy? Like would you say a Range2H pure would b best? Mage, Strength pure? whats your opinions

40 attk
99 str
99 range

 

any idea on the cost of a account like that. Paypal preferably

 

99 strenth is a must no exceptions
and 40 attack should be good but make sure you have 31 pray as well

 

I would say 40 attack 99 strength 1 defense which I am trying to make right now its going to be a couple weeks before its finished though. I have no clue what the price is going to be.

 

like do you think $40 would get an account like that? im kinda a noob when it comes to pricing stuff like that
