well "broski" all you need to do is have runescape open and fit PrintScreen/SysRq button and paste it into paint. Crop the corners so its only the picture, save it and upload it using some site.

You can go to an image uploading site, like TinyPic or ImageShack. After that, copy the link of the image you've uploaded and press the insert image button. Insert the link when the box comes up. A line of text will appear on your post like this:
