How To Hide Anything On Your Computer

Welcome to my Fifth guide.

In this guide I will be showing you how to completely hide any program from anyone's view.

I was at work reading something funny. All of a sudden my boss walks in and says, "What are you doing?" I simply minimised google chrome and nothing was found. ^_^

How you might be asking?

I'll share it with you young skywalker.

Step One: Download Powermenu

Step Two: Download the file and extract it using WinRar or Window Seven's built in feature.



Step Three: Have the program you want to hide aswell as powermenu, right click on your program on the taskbar and click 'Minimize to Tray'

Step Four: You will notice that your program is no longer visible but now the icon appears were your clock is.

Step Five: To 'Hide' this icon right click on your task bar and click properties.



Step Six: Once it has loaded press 'Customise'



Step Seven: Look for the title of your program, and on the right hand side of it select 'Always hide'

Congratulations, your program is now out of site.

That doesn't actually hide anything. It makes things 'tidy', but not hidden. Also I think your title is a little misleading. How do you hide
processes, the initial files themselves, etc?

Take AMD processors for example, there are 4 locked fairly secret stream registrars. If you unlock them you can use them to cloak processes and lock down debugging options.

Also a great way to hide files Is making a UFS partition, since windows can't recognize it, it makes for great and safe storage. Then simply uncheck the box that asks you if you'd like to show it as a drive. (If you're using easus).

Anyway, I like your guides and you do a great job, but this one is a little vague and misleading from the title to finish.

Think you 2 guys are missing the point.

This is useful when parents/boss/ect are snooping around your screen, you can hide anything that's open.

OP, how do you restore something that's hidden?

How do you hide the the window where the code is for rsbots.net?

I can hide the botting client but not the actual code, so if that gets closed my bot gets closed...

 

Simple and very easy to follow! A quick tutorial on how to view these files once you have hidden them would be useful.

 

that's what I use, if they're smart they'd notice you installed a new program and search the tray...

 

This method is good for hiding file from your average Joe.
It really depends on who youre hiding the file from.

 

Good to hide the porn when your parents sneaks in your room at 3 am.
