this was the listing as u can see form the pp he never refunded and went along still sellign the account after i sent money

WIliiam i sent him 17$ for 17mil and i didnt do it right so he refunded told me to do it again and i sent 19$ for 19mill and he told me he refunded and never did and havent seen him sicne i have contacted both with emails and such and pm and no response.
