    Storyline :

    1. Agreed to go first in increments, gave him 10M
    2. Gave me a whole bunch excuses of not paying and trying to cover up after by changing his MSN add in his signature

    I could not upload the screenshot of me talking to him in MSN for some reason, but I believe the fact that he tried to cover it up by changing his MSN address in his signature is all the evidence that we need.
    I will try to upload the extra evidence if this is not enough to get him banned. Thank you Mods for reviewing.

    Note: He has also since stopped defending himself in his thread and you can refer to the timeline of his posts as well.
