Yes it is, its quite rare. But will definitely get rarer over time.

 

To be honest, 4 letter names aren't rare. Anyone can string together four random letters and make a username out of it, now if the name was an actual word then it would be rare. I'm interested but I'd like to know the username first.

 

It is maybe a rare name, like "Shop".

Which is exactly why I'm interested. If it were an actual word the the value would increase significantly. Whereas if the name where just 'fdjh' then I couldn't be more uninterested.
