Turmoil isn't worth it, at least in my case (zerker)

What a similar turm zerk would be:

70 att
93 str
45 def
95 pray

or

80 att
83 str
45 def
95 pray
99 hp

Max STR Bonus:
80 attack: 133
70 attack: 113

Max hit:
99 str, 133 bonus, ultimate str, super pot: 453
83 str, 133 bonus, turmoil (initial boost), super pot: 419, with final: 447
93 str, 113 bonus, turmoil (initial boost), super pot: 416, with final boost, 444

Soul Split vs Smite, the Zerker with no SS would be pretty pissed and either run, teleport, or beg for the Turmoil Zerker to turn it off (In most cases).

Free Healing AND Prayer drain versus your opponent? I say that's a win.

As for Turmoil, you get the base 15% to Attack and Strength as well as the 23% to Strength and not taking into fact the 15% of their opponents Attack and Defence with 10% of their Strength level into account.

When you add these up Turmoil would be the wiser choice but it's all about what YOU prefer.

Even though Turmoil Zerkers would hit less, they would hit more accurately and frequently due to their prayer.

Soul Split and Turmoil are just the main perks, if anyone decides to get this you'll be glad as their is more to it than just those 2 Prayers. Spec Leech those annoying PJers.

A turmoil zerker would win because the bonuses from the pray comp for the lessened melee stats.
soulsplit would also be a large factor, being able to heal 1/5th of the dmg done comes out to saving quite a bit of food.

The only thing turmoil really doesn't help against, is tank rangers.
They have no str usually so it gives like the bare mininum, which is just about same as piety.

 

wouldnt piety be a better option? not an expert on zerkers like but isnt that a viable option? you'd hit more than with ulti str and still be a lower cb than with turm.

Normal prayers vs Curses (While Hybridding)

Curses have leeches which is a huge advantage,If you go against someone with normal prayers who's prayer switching e.g: Mystic might,Piety,Steel,Skin I think the normal prayers still have a chance.

 

You can't use piety on a zerker; one of its requirements are 70 defence.

 

This is failed logic if you ask me. Why are you limiting yourself to 100 combat? I see no reason why you HAVE to be 100 combat. If you really just cannot be above 100 combat then yes the numbers appear to say that 52 prayer is better.. but you're kind of comparing apples to oranges.

Turmoil is 100% worth it, but if you limit yourself obviously you won't get the full effectiveness of it.

 

I think the turmoil pkers speak for themselves tbh. Have you ever fought one? You lost? Thought so..

85 att

99 mage

95 hp

The second is better, and it's not close. Your zerker would get abused by turmoil zerks similar level for the most part.

 

Turmoil is definatly better, you can hit 700+ with ags if u use it

 

260M really isn't that hard to come by these days. Anyone who legitimately tries can make that in under a month.
