I don't think this really belongs under PS, unless this is something you're having serious problems with?

    Yes, around a month ago.

When I was younger, I had nightmares and sleeping paralysis every day.

    sleeping with nightmares

Every single night until i was 14 years old i had nightmares. My mom switched my things around in my room,(without asking me of course.), and boom. Haven't had one since.

Try switching your bed into a different position.

    sleeping with nightmares

When I was 1-8 I never had any recallable nightmares.

When I was 8-12 I had a few a year, but nothing too serious.

    I haven't had any since.

Nightmares are the worst, but it is apart of life. One thing you can do to prevent them is stop watching bad things on television and see a therapist.

    sleeping with nightmares

To be honest I have never had this problem, and I hear its pretty common.

Seing as this is the personal support forum this may be caused by some insecruities you have about your body.

I had a similar dream where I was in an exam and realised I hadn't studied/didn't know any of the answers. However exams came and went and I realised that I had infact studied, did well in my exams and they all cleared up ^.^
