What happens if a Middleman get's chargedback?

Hey, so I was thinking about selling RSGP on sythe. However, I was wondering what happens if a scammer charges back when you use an MM? Wouldn't that mean the MM would lose money over something that isn't his? Are you forced to pay the middleman or be banned?

You give RSGP to mm
Buyer sends money to u
You confirm Payment
Mm gives RSGP to buyer.


So it's still not really safe cause chargebacking cannot be stopped. Or use mail or wu

 

paypal is worst form of transferring money just due to the fact the buyer basically always wins, try using other forms such as WU or Playerauction, another method is to have a mule paypal and send money from your mule to ur account but I'm unsure if this works

 

Using a mule PayPal doesn't work a considerable portion of the time. You might get away with it for a while, but they WILL catch on and WILL pull the money back to the original account to cover the chargebacks. I advise anybody thinking of doing that to find some other way because it'll only lead you to losing your money/getting limited (possibly permanently if you do it too much).

 

Don't use a mule PayPal, you'll just get them both limited if you start getting chargebacks.

There really is no safe way to use PayPal.. just use PA or WU. Or sell to trusted gold buyers only.

Most MM including myself choose not to handle $$ because of the risks of chargebacks. Like others said, the simple alternative is to hold onto the RSGP, item, or whatever the payment is for instead of real life cash.

 

The middleman DOESN'T use paypal, simple as that. The MM holds the RSGP, the buyer pays, when conformation is received the buyer gets his gold. Money never goes into the MM's paypal.
