    I'm Alching and getting 70k xp an hour with RSBuddy.
    I need to know what should I Alch, i'm currently Alching lobsters(cooked).

    Don't alch lobsters lol. Usually, when I bot alching, I'll alch sapphire amulets, or sapphire rings.

    You get 594gp, each ring.

    I've heard RSbuddy hacks, so just be careful. Apparently Cyclopian Helmets are great at the moment.

    Rune arrows, 10k is like 2m and they buy instantly 30gp loss, but bot might equip them by mistake.

    Do you have a source, or are you just making random assumptions? The maker of RSBuddy actually broke off of Powerbot BECAUSE of the whole hacking thing.

    Tons of people use it daily for multiple accounts, and afaik, nobody has been hacked. RSBuddy is safe and a great bot.

    If you have the money I'd suggest you stun-alch. You get around 160k xp p/h. ExileMAGE is great for it.

    Maple longbows used to be good.

    Rune arrows are popular, but I think they may be overused at the moment.

    You should look up what gives profit. There are always items that gives a profit when alching.
