Add Pokétwo - Discord bot game - to Discord.

Add the following Bot to the Sythe Discord server.
The bot spawns a Pokémon approximately every 24 messages.
All spawns will be redirected [1] into #bot-commands, or a newly created #pokemon channel.

This way we will not spam up #general channel.

I have edited the OP to address the spam issue. I have tested the bot on a service Discord server and it does indeed clutter the channel.

 

I'd support with the addition of the new #pokemon channel, looks fun.

 

I see no harm in adding this as long as the bot spam stays in the bot spam channel.
