    Amount scammed: $20 (lmao) + hundreds in account value which I know can't be recognised as debt on Sythe (more for awareness)

    Explanation of the trade: Bought 50 tuts. Alarm bells were raised when I got a notification saying they'd removed me as a friend https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/54116092276_62479c29c6_o.jpg

    How they scammed: Some of the batch is banned, some is untouched, and some are no longer level 3s and have not been trained by myself. I'll be changing the user/pass of those that have been trained by myself. Fortunately, these accs were personal use so no customers of mine are effected.

    Other relevant trade screenshots: Abyyy123 tried to hide the evidence by deleting the DM of her handing over the accounts. Staff, please see deleted, a video of the handover. Smelt a rat a mile away.

    Other thing to note: Somebody else has had over $700 of accounts recovered by Abyyy123 and they'll be making a report later today.

    There was additional evidence provided by @Jelovic in a reported post, some of which I will make public here as it does not contain sensitive information.

    @abyyy123 did not specifically state their recovery responsibility period so by default he is liable for assisting with unlocking/recovering these accounts for 2 years.


    @Jelovic you did mention that some of the accounts were banned, but since there were no ToS in place and @abyyy123 did not specifically mention whether they were the OO of these accounts in the screenshots provided on this report and based on his own admission in this separate report, I am going to hold @abyyy123 liable for refund of any accounts in this trade that you do not wish to keep, regardless if they were banned.


    @Jelovic - how many of these accounts are you planning on keeping that were not recovered/banned?


    @abyyy123 was last active here a week ago, but I will give him time to respond in case they are willing issue a refund or provide some insight here.

    Hi Zulu,

    This report was more out of merit rather than wanting to claw back any of the accounts / funds. For that reason, I would like 1 single account replaced.

    For what it’s worth, Abyyy has seen the report and they replied via disc DMs denying it as well as then banning me from their server and changing the vanity URL. (PeakRS)
