Are you a Positive or Negative minded person?

I'm curious to see what peoples mind sets are on this forum.

Basically:

Positive minded, you look to the good more than the bad.
Negative minded, you look to the bad more than the good.

Eg. Are you running out of petrol, or do you need petrol soon?


NOTE: I worded the poll specifically that way.

Definitely positive minded. This world is going to shit so you always have to look at the positive aspect of things or you will probably die from depression.

 

Negative minded, always worry for the worst

I always think about the worst. Though when thinking about myself, think for the best for some reason ;D

 

Mostly positive...I try to always see the good in various situations. However, sometimes negativity gets the best of me D:

 

Positive where it matters, I can sulk too though

 

Expect the worse possible situation so that you wont be disappointed when it happens.

i am negative minded. i view a positive view as being naive and vulnerable.

 

I wake up every morning thinking I'm going to be positive and not let anything get me down. and by the end of the day I feel like shit.

I'd rather not see things as good or bad, in a way even bad things are good for you, and good things are bad for you.

Things are going to happen as they happen, and you'll just move on with life as you experience different situations.

 

Both, depends on the day.

 

I'm negative minded and I prefer it that way. When you think positively, you will always be disappointed with something. If you think negatively, you're already expecting disappointment and you've learned to accept it, and you can learn to hide it so you're not a Debby Downer on everyone else

 

Negative minded when I shouldn't be.

 

Negative to be honest. I find it hard not to look at the worst case scenario and focus on the crap stuff. I worry a lot though, when I was younger and had to do some pre-secondary school exams I cried myself to sleep for about 2 weeks. I just get so stressed with stuff that I can't get my mind off it.
