Apparently when I talked with Skurr, he says he does use an OMM, but the trade didn't go well because first, he seems to ask me why don't I go first because he's not asking for gifts or what and says I could dispute back, and he seems to ask me more times when I have already said NO. It is clear he is desperate, then I asked for in-game proof then I will consider to go first, then he just doesn't respond.
