Sand Flea Scammer

Hi, I am reluctant to call out Sand Flea for scamming me as they have a seemingly clean reputation and have made an offer to re-pay me. Since discussing repayment I have not seen any actual repayment in a few days since it was mentioned and their communication with me is becoming more and more sparse. At this point it seems like an empty promise and I am hopeful this can be the motivation they need to complete repayment so we can both move on.

Explanation of the trade: Purchased a defence pure from Sand Flea for 1.25b OSRS through a middleman. The account was a legacy account upon purchase, I soon after added it to a Jagex account.
How they scammed: After a few months of owning the account, I got an email saying that a character on my Jagex account had been transferred off. Subsequently, my Jagex account was locked. I noticed the only account that was on that Jagex account that had continued to be played after the lock, was the account I had purchased off Sand Flea. I also noticed when I tried PMing him on Discord, he had blocked me. Without much to go on for proof with this, I chalked it up to a crushing loss and distanced myself from the account buying/selling community for quiet a while. After about a year, I started getting back into the game and commented on Sand Flea's post when I noticed he was trying to re-sell the account he had scammed back from me, calling him a scammer. He eventually reached out to me, seemingly apologetic, offering to pay back the initial sale price of 1.25b plus the 1b of in-game wealth I had on the account at the time of him scamming me. This does not come close to the value I had lost with the accounts that were tied to the Jagex account, but that is partially my fault and I don't expect repayment of that value. Since offering to pay me back, he has become distant and hard to reach. I am sincerely hoping we can come to a conclusion on this and I can get my 2.25b back. He is currently selling 7b OSRS on Sythe (Selling 7b 07 - Crypto) so this repayment shouldn't be an issue.
