HGH and height help

Edit : Meh, After a long while of thinking, I decided to just forget about it and be happy...

Kinda sucks how there are people who take all these stuffs and not get side effects.. owell.

I wanted to use this for height growth but if it's dangerous then forget it.. I'll just wear big shoes lol.

 

Height is for the most part genetic.

However your body will adapt to certain situations depending on what you need. If you play basketball, chances are your body will want to grow taller as it would be beneficial for it.

General Health is also an issue, if you drink, smoke, do drugs chances are you'll stunt your growth sport. Also people are said to be born with a certain height potential; so sometimes It's completely out of your control.


Don't take steroids to grow taller, it's stupid.

 

HGH can theoretically make you taller, but its horrible for your body and just stupid.
I suggest you just be happy with your height and continue bodybuilding with safe methods of nutrition and workout.
You'd be better off to consult a doctor on a confidential level than to ask people here though.

So it does work? Do you have any idea or suggestions to supplements which I can take to grow taller? Do you have any friends on them?

Im around 5 ft. My doctor did a test on me to see if I needed growth hormones. Which I didn't but then he also explained the risks involved in taking growth hormones. And he said it was totally up to me if I wanted to take them.

I chose not to.

Anyone got any idea what TYPES of HGH are they prescribing?

I just need a name and I'm on my way!

 

like I said, consult your physician.
only he can tell you what type of hormone will be semi-safe to try.
If you're worried about him telling your parents, he's not allowed to by physician-patient confidentiality if you make him agree to not tell them.

 

Na my whole family is cool with it and I can't consult a physician, There's none here ( where i live ) that knows about this stuff sadly. No idea why..

I decided to just let it go and be happy with my height, Maybe I'll grow a inch or two if I keep up my milk and sleeping early diet lol, maybe not.

Just sucks how my dad is 5"8, Mum is 5"5" and I'm 5"7..

Figured I would grow taller than my dad's height or at least 5"8 .
