Explanation of the trade: Rachel_07 Host a 5% commission Runescape osrs Duel arena where you login to one of there main accounts and stake each other in the duel arena just like how you would back in the day on runescape.You trade them the GP or Cyrpto via discord if you win you get paid x2 the amount -5% commission.

How they scammed: I have been staking with this crew for a few weeks and we have never had problems, everything has always been straight forward and nothing being flakey and always just straight forward with how weve done our business. As the nuke happened by jagex to the few discord servers, Rachel_07 lost a fair bit of customers and i saw the lack in there customer support ever since, An example of this being where id stake them and win and theyd take over 12-14hours to pay me my winnings using the excuse "we dont have anyone selling gold atm" which is what ever i dont mind waiting to get paid even though this is something that should of been explained before the stake anyways the most ive ever staked with these fellas has always been 100-1.5b tops and they have always paid me out even if it took hours. How ever today ive decided i wanted to do a big stake, a stake of 3.23b vs 3.23b as a stake should be obviously - the 5% commission as we have always done for the past few weeks and lucky me ended up winning the stake so i should be paid 6.46b - 5% commission which is = to 6.137b 07 GP anyways when it came to collecting payment he has decided to give me my 3.23b back and only 1.986b from his behalf claiming that i had sold him my gp of 3.23b and im only being paid what they value gold at USD currency wise which is an absolute joke because why on earth would i devalue my GP by selling it to them then wanting to gamble what they paid me it just doesnt make any sense and in saying that we have never ever done a stake that way between each other ever and it just so happens that they decide to do this on one of the bigger stakes ive done with them. Anyways I have the whole convo on imgur down below everything will make sense there. You will see that even when he typed my balance with him in USD currency i questioned it and reassuring that im getting paid in 07 gold and not currency.

the start of the screenshots is to show you how weve normally stake between each other , also showing you how poorly they handled the delay of my payment, then the bottom half is the whole scam they done on me, making me out to be a fool or an idiot.

 

The rules were the same as before; I’ve staked them previously while following the Sythe post rules. Now, they’ve changed the rules without informing anyone, yet the Sythe post still reflects the old rules.

They have reached out to me and paid the amount minus a 5% commission, asking me to delete the Sythe report or mark it as resolved. This is clearly an attempt to scam, as they only contacted me after I made the report.

If I hadn’t taken action, they would have scammed me and gotten away with it. Therefore, I would like to request the return of the 5% commission since they attempted to scam, delayed payment, and wasted my time.

Additionally, I believe a TWC should be placed on their account, and a ban would be appropriate for this clear instance of poor trading and attempted scamming. Thank you.

On top of all of this they've numerously delayed my payment after winning a stake 10-20Hours plus, i had also bought an infernal service when i was told it would take 2-8hrs max and it ended up taking well over 20 hours, i feel like they're very unprofessional and action needs to be taken on these guys as they've been very sketchy and just not healthy for the community.

The amount of feed back that i have received from many traders who use sythe is insane over this situation and i appreciate the love and support everyone has given me <3

Alv has been staking with us for awhile and before the whole discord nuke happened always received the full amount of his winnings instantly. After the wipe of our discord server and Rachel's discord account we have been having issues with our gold supply. Like alv said it took us longer to deliver the payouts than what he is used from us. We let him know that this issue will maintain until our suppliers find our discord server again. The team decided to make a change to the way we handle gp deposits and payouts to counter this issue. The following rule was added to the TOS (circled in red):



This rule is similar as to staking with other places (such as runestake), where you deposit gp, get a balance and can stake and later purchase gp for a slightly higher rate.
we thought this would help discourage gp payout and instead encourgage $ pay outs, whilst we are fixing our gp supply.

Several hours later Alv decided to make a 3230m deposit to stake with.



According to the new rule added. The 3230m depo got converted to $494.20 balance. Alv won the stake which changed his balance to $938.97.

I asked him, do you want to be paid in $ or in gp, he explicitly said i want to be paid in gp as the screenshots show.

Thus i, as the rule pertains, calculated the gp value of his balance which was calculated at 5216.5m 07 and paid him out according to our TOS as can be seen in the image below




We understand that he might not have read the new rule before making the deposit. Therefor i decided earlier today to reach out and paid him an extra 920.5m since he said he wasnt familiar to the rule change.

His claim that we intented to scam therefor hold no water. As he was paid more than the TOS required. he's just fishing atm to see what else he can get (such as the 5% comission, which also is explicitly mentioned in the TOS).
Alv had the option to go for a crypto pay out, which was valued at $938.97. With the market rate of 0.145/M which he stated, he could have gotten 6475M osrs and there would have been no report.

 

All im going to say is if you think your new rule of basically charging someone almost 35% commission is going to be successful without even notifying a customer of yours that you have made this change, best of luck to you guys im genuinely curious to see how well that will go for you guys, i am not fishing nothing extra i have been staking with you guys for a while and never had a single complaint even when you guys fucked me around most of the time, Also claiming that i had sold you the gp and then requested to buy it back when those words never came from me and then claiming thats why you're paying me 1b short is just not okay or a normal thing to do, when i complained about it you didnt even take the time to explain the new rule change you simply said "go report me" not giving a shit and being cocky until i made the report on you thats when you finally decided to pay me out, you're just a sketchy dude and have ego problems no respect for your customers what so ever. You clearly see i was suprised when you posted my balance in currency and you simply just said it makes it easier for us not explaining why its in currency which is just so shady. Also in your explanation of rune staking service it says nothing about being paid in the value you guys get your gold at which is beyond crazy you're a supplier whos going to pay out customers to your price but if you try to sell us gold you're going to charge us customer prices???? makes 0 sense. No ToS was agreed upon any of the stakes we had done tbh you can ask them for any evidence if there was any agreements

1. can you please explain why you only decided to count the gp as dollar value on this bet, while he had been betting with you guys for a long time and this was never the case,

Our TOS was edited on 3-11-2024 at 9 AM GMT +1 to include the rule:

''⦁ In our server you stake with $ balance. If you deposit or withdraw gp we calculate your $ balance at the rate which we buy and sell gold.''

All stakes done after 9 AM 3-11-2024 were done in accordance to this new rule, since prior to 9 AM 3-11-2024 it was not a rule yet.

The stake of 3230m took place at 3-11-2024 at 11 PM GMT +1, which is 14 hours after the implementation of the new rule, and thus was subject to this rule.

Thats why the only stake wherein we applied this rule with Alv was in this stake. Whereas stakes prior to 9 AM 3-11-2024 we did not apply this rule, since it wasnt a rule in all his previous stakes.

2. Did you make him agree to your new TOS or inform him that something has changed?

Here you can see that when you make a ticket, you agree to our TOS.

All the stakes we've done with Alv were inside of these duel arena tickets, thus by definition Alv did agree to our TOS.

Our point of view here: When having a ticket open you automatically agree to our tos. Our opinion is that Its not our responsibilty to keep you updated with our tos. You should always view the tos when starting a staking session with us.

In Alv's screenshot you can see that Alv has ALL channels read, including the TOS. When the tos got changed Alv should have noticed a unread message in that channel. The tos channel is literally at the top. Here is Alv's screenshot:



When we posted the new TOS, the channel for terms of service which is at the top of our discord, will be highlighted by discord to where it marked the channel as unread.

The TOS change happened at 9 AM, and he staked at 11 PM. In this timeframe, as you can see in the transcript, Alv was active inside our discord server. The TOS is a important part of staking, and it's not our problem that he either didnt read it, or did read it and is now pretending like he didn't.

Whichever case it is, he did accept the TOS by using the ticket.

3. I also don't see where that was confirmed with him that it would be counted as dollar value instead of gold from that point forward.​

Here you can see we converted his gp value to $ value as according to the TOS:



In the picture you can see that at 11PM he deposited 3230m gp. Thats what the 3230m balance shows. It was converted to 494.2 balance($) in the message underneath, as the TOS dictated.

Alv ask's what is that?
To which i replied the gp's value in $.

Alv asks am i getting paid is gp?
To which i replied you can choose in gp or $.

Alv says OK, thus agreeing to the conversion and proceeds to stake.


Therefor our opinion is still that we have not broken any rules. This is why I have told Alv multiple times to go create a report because I cba arguing with him over our tos which he had already agreed to.
The reason we decided to give Alv the 920.5m was because we came to sense that losing a customer to a temporary solution of fixing our gp supply is not worth it. This is why in the end, I offered Alv to continue staking with us using the old TOS.

 

Okay but you're lying by saying i agreed to the new ToS because you never closed the ticket, its been the same ticket opened from when ever we first started staking, my fault if i didnt notice that the tos is when i open a ticket, although thats been the same ticket thats been open ever since ive started staking which meant i never agreed to any new tos you guys have applied. You also mentioned when i was surprised with the amount i was paid that i had sold you my gp then claimed i purhcased it back off you which meant i lost money?? where did you ever tell me im selling my gp to you and where did you ever say im buying it back off you now. The proof in my screenshots show our conversations prior to the new ToS so thats plain evidence that ticket was never closed and reopened towards your new ToS which simply means i never agreed to any new ToS you guys had implied.
