where to train on 1 def pure f2p?

combat lvl is 42
str 67
atk 20
constitution 56

where should i train f2p? and wat lvl should i get my atk?

 

40 for rune, 45 for gravite.
I'd do chickens if botting, cows if not.
I know, it sucks, but I'm at one million feathers on three combat accounts, so it works

Giant rats South of Varrock. Easy to kill for 1 defence pures, quick experience.

 

Go barbarians, make sure you bring food. Use a full set of iron. I get made exp but you can't bot. After barb village go to hills. Your gonna need food there too.

 

I'd suggest training on swans near Port Sarim

I'd recommend edgeville men tbh

 

The port sarum level like 8 muggers may be good. Not sure if they will hit you to much. No one was there when I botted them.
