My name is Ricky and I'm from London, i am studying Business Management at College which I'll be graduating by September. Currently, I am employed at the Apple store, where working in a very busy environment has given me the wonderful opportunity to work alongside, and meet, people of many different diversities. I believe this has allowed me to have a better handling of situations concerning people of all sorts, allowing me to sort to their problems with a more mature outlook. I am young, energetic, and very confident. When it comes down to handling difficult situations, I am optimistic and always up for finding new ways to solve, or at least help, to solve the problem. My hobbies include going swimming, surfing the web. I also enjoy writing music. And recently have found my creative side by learning to paint.




One year ago, i worked as a teacher's assistant. And i loved the feeling of teaching people new things, answering unanswered questions. Helping people is my specialty. And what's better than providing people with information? and gaining it aswell as you progress.

You made all three guides in one day? Jeez, slow down, lol. Impatience will affect your application negatively. I suggest you write one or two more guides, your current guides are a bit short. This time be a little more patient. Try to write on original topics, or topics a lot of people are having problems on, and try to pick topics where you can elaborate on. Good luck and support!

Very enjoyable graphics, well done. I like your guides; they're very useful, and well written. My only suggestion would be to make the pictures a bit smaller, as they're currently stretching the screen (at least for me).

You're quite a helpful user, and I can definitely see you becoming part of the UE team.

Your guides are pretty good, I'm gonna try the RAM one out as I could do with some extra RAM. I'll also try the Gmail Drive out and I'll defiantly feedback to you what I think. Keep these unique guides coming

Support. He's a crazy spamwhore, but he's a really good guy. He deserves to be a UE.

 

I suggest that you just do minor grammar tweaks to the writing in the application and the guide (paste it in word - most of them will show).

The free 7GB flash drive guide is pretty good.

 

I had to use a online spell checker as i don't have word on this laptop.

But it seemed to have made it worse.

Very nice application.
However, you should resize the pictures in your guides, they are too large, add more information in your guides, make them more colourful/bold etc.

If your guides won't be short and if your guides will look as much good as your application, you will be ready, good luck
