Open up runescape press Prnt Scrn on your keyboard should be right next to insert button right next to delete then open paint click on edit then paste. save the file as jpeg open up an image hosting site such as imageshack or photobucket upload photo and click on the photo u just saved as paint copy the IMG code u can tell its the IMG one cause it starts with IMG and paste it on ur thread


PS: DOnt forget to block out name when ur on paint
