Someone explain this...

I just ran into a lvl 13 with Ghost Robes...Obviously this is a glitch considering his prayer/def/range/magic/hp were all 10. How does this glitch work?

Yeah just looked at his log, he was 75 crafting, now it's down to 10?

I can understand getting reset, but how does he manage to manipulate the system to bring his stats perfectly down to 10?

 

reset, he botted and jagex reset him without resetting quests/items

 

If you bot, and Jagex catch you, they will/can reset your stats (That you botted, or just any stat) to 10.
As well as reset your bank.

 

He got reset, and he didn't manipulate the system, it's all jagex.
