    Why don't we IP ban scammers from accessing the forums?

    IP Bans from Sythe?
    We normally do. Sometimes, a section mod will discover that someone is a scammer, and use the temp-ban infraction (the only method of banning they have access to), and must wait for an administrator to IP ban them.

    ^
    Little extra feature Sythe added was to make it so you can't make more then one account on a single IP. This can be bypassed by going on proxy, but proxies are extremely detectable.
