Paypal Limited with $$

Not sure if this is really where I should post this but I used my account to buy/sell rsgp, items etc and even for personal purposes anyways I have about $1000 and Paypal limited me stating that my account was affiliated with someone else's e-mail that I clearly do not know or heard of and they want me to reconfirm my bank account which I did but now they want proof of address which I CAN NOT provide seeing as how I'm only 17 and it's under my fathers name who is not living with me and I live with my mother so that leaves out confirming the addresses and I even called them telling this and they told me tough luck, these crooks scam everyone I bet you they do this to people with thousands and thousands of dollars I swear Paypal needs to be shutdown soon, and how can I get my money back? I heard of the 60-90 wait is this true and how does it work do they let you just withdraw your cash to your bank account?

 

If you're limited, the minimum wait for you money is 180 days, if you're lucky. You may never get it back without the proof they're asking for. When you signed up, you agreed to their ridiculous terms, unfortunately.

 

It's a 180 days wait. Maybe 60days if buyers haven't opened a buyers dispute on you within this time period.

I've had 1.3K on my PayPal limited also for "security reasons" and called to no avail. I just waited out the 180days to receive my funds. Also confirmed my bank/passport etc. Simply, I got my mum's bill and got someone to photoshop the name to my dad's. They accepted it, and it looked fine.

PP are a joke, but i have to use them to make $. They limited my account with money in it, so i went and made another bank account and they limited my new one too. They have a good security system but a terrible chargeback system.

180 Day's wait is the minimum.

Once you get your money, what more can you do? What more would they wnt after accepting it.

 

So I wait 180 days but is it guaranteed they will refund it because I heard they will and have to but they will take a lot of interest off it, how do they refund it is it a cheque in the mail or is it just allowing you to withdraw payments via the account that's limited?

 

paypal are scums and so far i haven't had any problems but for them limiting 1 of my accounts with 30$ for too many claim&cancels

 

I think it let's you withdraw to your bank and your paypal will be unlimited?

I don't know if this is resolved or not, but I just fixed my Paypal's limitations today saying I needed to confirm my address.
I moved, so I could not do that.
I called them at 402-395-2050 and they were really nice about it. Just had me confirm a different thing, such as my social security number, and a picture of my ID I simply uploaded. Worked smoothly. Give it a try?

 

you usally have 14 days try trading all the money within that time.

 

180 days to get the money out of paypal to your bank account if it's limited. But one funny thing is that they accepted me even though I am under 18 when I have provided my identity and all that.
