Reporting "Hellbomber"

I talked to this guy for about 2 days to see if he was legit, maybe 30+ vouches and seemed pretty trusted. He gave me two phone numbers that i'll put down below, but he said not to call either of them because he has to pay for his minutes. I was selling 645m to him so he told me just give me half now and i'll send you the money and once you receive the money then give me the rest of the money. Sounded perfectly legit, so i traded him 300m and accepted and he said "alright, i'm gonna go get everything set up" like with my adress etc. He texted my phone and told me that he was at the post office sending it right now. Both of the phone numbers were different though, one from Oregon and one from Illinois, said he moved from illinois to oregon for business reasons. So the next day he never texted me so i decided to call the number, i call it only to hear "You have reached a Textplus.com number, to make your own free number, go to www.textplus.com. Which you can make fake numbers on to use.. He hasn't contacted me in two days and deleted and ignored me on Runescape. Said his name was Jason, talked to other people that have traded or sold to him over WU, that it isn't Jason. So he basically had a perfect plan to scam a newcomer looking for money for a car, didn't take any ss's because it seemed to legit.. and he never contacted over the game again.
