I originally made a post looking for an OSRS ironman account via a payment plan. Mr Cali DM'd me saying he has one available and to add him on discord.

At the beginning of the conversation on Discord, I specifically stated early on that I'm interested in his account but I can only do payment plan of around $200 - $250 per month until a balance (which was not yet decided) was paid. Mr Cali came up with the plan himself of $700 for the account over 3 payments of 300/200/200
I advised that I would do $224 a month over 3 months. Which he agreed upon.
I even agreed for Mr Cali to keep the recovery/email details in their name until full payment was made, to give them a bit of piece of mind that I wasn't just going to pay once and dip.

I suggested a middleman to which Mr Cali seemed quite hesitant to use. Saying that as its a payment plan there's no point/we should gain trust with each other/we can use a middleman on the last months payment. I hesitantly agreed to continue without a MM as i wanted the seller to trust me.

I sent over the payment of $234 via LTC which Mr Cali confirmed to received. 20 minutes after payment was sent, he then explains how he has been speaking with people who warned him about people who buy accounts via payment plan and the risk of people transferring the account after just one payment.
Mr Cali then says he does not know if he should continue. But he will take the risk if i give him $100 more and if i cant pay $100 he will refund me

I say to Mr Cali, that i can't do more. I provided my LTC address and told him to just refund me

No refund received or any mention that he is going to refund.
I've given plenty time for some sort of response. but nothing so far

Yeah this dick isn't refunding me... He's actually stupid enough to blame me for the DNT despite doing absolutely nothing to deal with the situation.
