Falsely Banned

Hello Thank you for reading my dispute. My banned account is 1994RANGERS, found here http://sythe.org/member.php?u=252806.

I'd firstly like to start out by saying that I'm a man of my word. I wouldn't lie about something as silly as this. If I had done anything wrong that was worthy of a ban I would have accepted it and moved on. However I have done nothing wrong throughout my year on sythe.

A couple days ago, exactly a day after the accusations and proof against Finn, I was banned. I had indeed posted within the thread, but that is not the reason I was banned. When I came to the site this is the text that I found

Is it ironic that I was banned right after posting within the thread? Perhaps. But the even funnier thing is that I have no idea who "monk13" or "pinseller007" are. I have never interacted, traded, or even heard of them before. I have never logged onto Sythe from a public place nor have I ever let anybody log onto sythe from any of my computers or devices. The only places I have ever accessed sythe from was my home computer, my laptop, phone, Ipod, and perhaps once or twice on my other laptop during my vacation last summer in Egypt. Another point that I would like to bring up is the fact that I'm rarely ever in the market section. The name "pinseller007" would refer to someone who is active in the market and is selling pins or upgrades. Anybody could tell that I am rarely ever active in the market, other then the odd thread or two, and the fact that I've only obtained 3 vouches over almost a WHOLE year.

I have no idea who these two accounts are or what they were banned for. This must be a mistake by the staff or by whoever banned me. I find it a shame that a good member of the community was banned, for no reason. I added below some reports where I helped catch vaders and scammers. I have also contributed to the User Education section, posted occasionally in the Personal support section, and have donated and was planning to donate even more.

I just got on RSU Chat history and got Monk's previous IP.

Basically, the matching IP is from TMOBILE, meaning it was from a cellphone. I asked rangers if he has a cell, he said yes and the provider is TMobile.

Now, that being said, it seems as if their IPs match because they both logged into Sythe from their phones, and they live close to each other.

Also, the IP I gathered belonging to Monk on RSU chat history does not match any of Ranger's, and if he was Monk, it would have matched at least one.

Anyhow, like Hahanerd said, Finn made the ban, so I'll leave this one to him.

 

If that's the case, he can be unbanned.
