I currently have two customers who are requesting dungeoneering services - however, due to them having very low combat stats (one very low combat/one pure); and the exp rates being too low (in my own opinion), I am giving them the option to refund all initial payments and take their current level gains for free.

Your account should pose no issue in this case; having a very high prayer level and combat stats.
