PayPal Got Limited, Need Help!

Before I explain, apologies if this is the wrong section, please move it if this is the case.
Just recently, my un-verified PayPal got limited with $230 on it. I also have a verified account, so I'm just wondering if I would be able to unlink the credit card from my verified account (because you cannot add 1 cc to 2 different paypals) and then link it up to my unverified account. Would this be possible? If not, why not?

You use the same computer to log onto your verified and unverified thats why they both got limited.

You should call them and see what you can do now to get your verified unlimited.

Youre not supposed to have more than 1 paypal account so not sure if your limitation is permanent or temp.

 

You will probably have to wait 6 months to withdraw your money, that's what happened to me.

 

Wait, so the limitation will just undo after six months?

 

Paypal allows you to have:

1 Personal
1 Premier

If they limited your account and both accounts are under the same name you will have to call them up and explain why you got 2.

After 6 months if you dont appeal your limitiation PayPal sends the money on your account to a bank account that you specify by calling them.

I reckon you were limited as you were using the same name and information and had two paypal accounts which were the same type E.G both personal accounts etc.

If you used different information then it's ok as i have a brother, two sisters and my dad who have a paypal account and they haven't been limited.

Also, they don't unlimit your account after six months, they allow the money in your paypal to be transferred to your bank account due to the fact they can only legally hold it for 180 days.

Try calling them up and see if you can get any assistance, they charged me like £2 for a 4 minute call.

 

No mate. You can withdraw the money from the paypals in two months. The limitations will remain unless they specify what you have to do to unlimit yourself.

You should ring them and ask them if you can take the money out now.

 

They won't allow you to take the money out if you ring them, trust me. Instead, ask them why you were limited and there should also be steps to follow if you go to resolution center in your paypal account and it should tell you what to do to unlimit your paypal account.

 

With perm limitations thats what you have to do regarding money. I have had 2 perm limited accounts on PP and ive had to ring them up to get the money out. One of my bank accounts is even black listed on PP.

You don't have to do it mate... they hardly ever allow you to take the money out of the perm limited account, they perm limited for a reason and won't let you take the money out just like that.

Also, yes, you do have to be careful with Sythe as it can screw you over dealing with the wrong people. Too many charge backs will get Paypal suspicious about your activity on you account and perm it. Also, paypal absolutely hate virtual item sales, especially runescape as they get so many calls, disputes etc about it,

 

You can just call them up and get a person on the phone he will help you through it. You have to fax them ID and stuff though

Im guessing your not 18 so your stresing with the ID bits.

 

Yes, call them up they will tell you what you can and can not do, i had my account limited for a day, rang up and they sorted it out there and then.

You are pretty much fucked if they ask for ID,in my case, they said im not 18 YO yet BUT they allowed me to withdraw funds.
