    What protein shake to take?

    I need suggestions on what protein shake to take. I'm looking for something that is a high quality protein shakes with high bioavailablity rating. I have a sister who recommended me to try whey protein. But I found online that another protein shake which looks good to be true, more protein and less calories. I have two different products in mind but I don't know which to decide. I was told that the first product was gauranteed to be one of the top best high quality protein shakes with high bioavailablity rating.

    What protein shake to take?

    Protein after all is protein, just because you take one brand will not mean you end up looking better than if you take another brand, thats all about training and diet. Any whey protein concentrate or isolate will do. What are your goals to acheive anyway?

    The goals I have in mind are pretty much stay in shape and obtain a six pack abs body and possibility that it. I'm not trying to bulk up either.

    I'd say you'd want to stick to a fast acting protein drink 1-hour before and within 30-minutes following your workout.. Remember, less is sometimes better. Taking in too much protein will not support a nice 6-pack. As for product choice, I'd recommend using Muscle Milk although as long as it is quick acting, it will not matter at your age.

    You can check out Syntha-6. They have by far the best tasting shakes I have ever had and it's the only kind I'll use.

    A lot of people prefer their Chocolate shake, but I really like the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor.

    You don't need shakes for 6packs. Just burn off the bellyfat and do some crunches. Emphasis on burning bellyfat (cardio, running is PERFECT!).

    I take Optimum Nutrition whey protein; works for me.

    Protein is protein.. just read the label and make sure theres no fat and the carbs are low.

    I take Optimum Nutrition. But to be honest I'm pretty sure any will work, just dont get any cheap crap.

    I would take the Optimum Nutrition 100% Egg Protein - Vanilla, 2 lb. Protein from eggs > whey protein

    Use Hydroxides.

    1 scoop pre workout, 1 hr before. 2 scoops post post workout, 30 mins after.

    You can also take them on your rest days, 1 scoop with either breakfast or lunch. NOT DINNER.

    In this case, don't take protein.

    Protein is mainly for bulking up and adding muscles mass; you just need to burn fat (lower body percentage). Just do anaerobic exercises using max interval training (much easier said than done) and make sure calorie intake < calories burned.

    Not a drug lol. Its a supplement, just plain old whey protein, great pure protein.
