Tips for fighting Revs?

I'm 99 Attack, 99 Strength, 75 Defense, 75 Range, 97 HP.

Are they a good source of money? Do I need Prayer Pots? Which Revs are most profitable?

I'd appreciate any help.

 

Bring a like what you would bring for a GWD in your invent. But probably more towards an even amount of brews and super restores. You're going to want to pray mage and have like dhide armor on, whip/gs stuff like that.

All revs drop the same items I believe.

RoW will defiantly give you a higher chance of getting zaros and items like that. Also, be aware, there are many pkers that frequently visit the caverns' so don't be surprised if you get jumped.

 

bring Forinthry Brace's, i'd say 5 to 10, then the rest att/str pot and then food.

 

Drops suck you've got next to no chance and it's riddled with pkers trying to get your 40k glory overall it's pointless to go there.

 

forinthry isnt worth bringing, if you have ss, just bring a lot of ppots and pure sets. if you don't then bring rocktails with like two brews and a sup rest, here's a picture of a good armor setup.



And if you don't have soulsplit, take away 8 ppots and replace with like rocktails or sharks.

Killing the 60-120s are the most profitable, stay away from goblins and imps and knights. all others are relatively good, you'll find ones that you like to kill more than others.

Gotten two vls' vesta chain and an ancient (those are the notable drops) from revs so far. GL BRO

dont forget a salve amulet bro those make u hit 15% higher use dueling ring to tele or something just flip it on if u get attacked

 

I don't believing ROD works past 20 wild, only ROL does.

Bring a glory, it's saved my life on multiple occasions from asshole teams trying to pk my dhides... Note that you will often be in 31 wild, you will have to move down 1 level (seems easy but often isnt) in order to use the glory to tele. Do that immediately when you see a team or scout appear.

 

I personally have died too many times in Rev dungeon so I 3 item Whip,glory, RoW 1super str/attk 1-2 prayer pots 1 bracelet and the rest food. So far I've gotten 60M loot there with this method. Kill lvl 7-90's imo. I've recieved vls from a 43 ice fiend and morrigan axes from a 37 goblin, an item worth 150k from imp.

 

Whoever said bringing Forinth bracelet is pointless is an idiot. It makes rev's unagressive towards you for an hour and invulnerable for 1 minute every charge. I bring 4-5 of them, use the charges on lets say Knights/Dragons if I get bored, free kill.

 

You should be going with d claws, not a whip.
d claws special is 39483% better against revs.

 

You should bring a salve amulet for better hits.

D claws? Bring whip for constant damage. D claws aren't that good (apart from its spec).

Bring a holy wrench if your prayer is low. Better prayer restore from prayer pots if you do so.
