How do you make decisions?

Pick now deal with the consequences later. This usually doesn't work out well.

 

If it's an easy decision, i go with what i think i should do straight away.
If it's an extremely complicated decision, i throw my cat off a 12 story building, if he lives? The answer is yes - if he goes splat? the answer is no.

I usually do the cost-benefit analysis when making decisions. I often consider ethical issues to avoid stepping on too many peoples' feet.
