Sorry that we defended ourself in a case where we were the victim, of course I'm gonna be toxic against a scammer. If it was a valid dispute with reasons for us to believe him one bit, it would've been different. But to blame us, threaten us and try to manipulate? Also you should tell our previous buyers that are still covered under your free dispute win warranty system that we are no longer able to assist them. Talk about being professional rofl.


I request that my identification be deleted from your database, with proof of deletion provided. If you fail to delete it and do not provide proof, I will take further steps to ensure it is not accessible to any employees of Eldorado.

Oh and maybe add into your warranty section that locked RS accounts are covered, since this is what happened in my case even though locked accounts are not covered under Eldorado Warranty!

For some reason my account was banned years ago for suspicious activity - I have no idea why or what suspicious activity that involved, I bought probably less than a handful of accounts through your platform and now I am unable to use it?

I've submitted a ticket appeal, but it was declined again with no real explanation. I have never done anything untoward and never wish to do so.

Can someone look into this?

My Eldorado seller account was suspended after one month, and I’m really frustrated because I’ve worked so hard to build up my reputation. The reason I was given was an internal decision but I’m not sure what that really means. I appealed to get my account unbanned, but it was denied. I’ve contacted support 3-4 times, and they told me the decision can’t be changed. I honestly feel like I haven’t done anything wrong, and I love working with Eldorado .it’s a great platform.
