    Refusing to use OMM on my costs, makes up an excuse that he'll be back in 5 minutes and after 15 minutes when I contact him he quickly logs off.

    I can understand why he wouldn't want to use an OMM for an upgrade. I honestly don't think this even warrants a TwC, sorry.
