    -Well I have proof Im giving him option of refund or ban.

    His name and Paypal, Frank Steverman, [email protected], Non-verified.

    Im disputing this as a Fraudulent chargeback with Paypal and called them up to report him for fraud lawl.

    lol funny thing is he added me earlier today with that email wanting to buy gold, and when i bring all this up latter after seeing that was his new msn, he flips shit and denies it all even though its all so obvious and the logs, If that doesn't say scamming?
