    Talked to Alex_Strong on MSN, Claiming he already has a NEW Sythe Account...

    Is there anyway to IP BAN Him?

    Cause this kid is a fraudster

    And Also Admits to everything, Even though he is still banned, Police / Paypal could use this as evidence though
