All "trusted" people or highly credible people, should have their msn in the UserTitle position, like mine says "<-- I'm with stupid"
Should have my msn.

So all PM's given, or posts posted, will have my msn.

Then someone has to decide who is highly trusted and such.

If you want your msn to always be seen then just put it in your sig? Also people can just click the little msn icon to see your msn

Issues that sprung to mind: People change MSNs, hacking occurs as we've seen recently making it troublesome, who is deemed as "trusted" will cause a stir. It's quite problematic - while you mean well, it's unnecessary. We all have signature spots for those sorts of things, it essentially does the same things you've listed without the hassle of possible aforementioned problems .

 

Agree with John you have your signature and your profile page, if your really that trusted and successful donate a little bit of your profit and change it that way.

Let us have our own usertitles, and let the kids who don't bother double checking with which MSN they are chatting continue to be held accountable for being lazy.

 

That's what your profile's for. -.- Really, members should not use their UT for their MSN address.

MSN addresses should be easily accessible, so that in the event that a user does get hacked, they can remove/change their email easily. Since UT's can only be edited by an admin, it just delays intervention when a problem arises.

and finding out their msn?.....

 

Actually, mods can now edit their own UTs. Still, that only gives like two dozen of us the ability to quickly change the information if our MSN gets hacked. The other hundred or so people who are eligible for a UT change will have to take the slow route.

I think our friend ChristmasCracker is rockin' a 25 inch monitor, and is trying to avoid carpal tunnel. There's a lot larger of a gap between the UT and the MSN icon on a large monitor.

 

disagree. user titles are meant for people to express themselves. i would never change my current user title to my MSN adress

 

No need, as they are able to check their MSN by clicking the button to the top right of their post.
